feat(icon): 添加新的图标组件并替换错误页面中的图标

- 在Sprite.svelte中新增logo图标
- 在TableLoadingError.svelte中引入Icon组件
- 使用Icon组件替换原有的SVG图标
- 将错误页面的"重试"按钮文案改为"重新加载"
